We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Baoo App provides mobile app development services, including but not limited to:

• Backend and API integration
• App maintenance and updates

Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Update your information as necessary to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity
• Use another person's account without permission
• Create accounts using false or misleading information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Content Guidelines

When submitting a project or codebase for review, you must ensure:

• You have the right to share the codebase for analysis
• The project does not facilitate illegal activity
• You comply with the licensing terms of any third-party code included
• You comply with Apple App Store and Google Play store policies

5. Payment Terms

Engagements and Plans

Some of our services require payment. By engaging a paid service or plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected engagement
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for maintenance plans, where applicable
• Pay any applicable taxes

Billing and Renewals

• Maintenance and support plans automatically renew unless cancelled
• Fees are charged in advance for each billing period or project milestone
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available:

• Within 30 days of initial purchase
• For service outages exceeding 24 hours
• At our discretion for exceptional circumstances

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

Baoo App and its services are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to:

• Our internal tooling, frameworks, and development methodology
• Website content, designs, and trademarks
• Reports and insights generated by our reviews
• Educational materials and documentation

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content and Custom Code

You retain ownership of any content or source material you submit to our services. Custom code delivered under a paid development engagement is owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Free from errors or defects
• Compatible with every device or OS version
• Meeting your specific requirements

App Store Approval Disclaimer

We help prepare and submit apps for App Store and Google Play review, but we cannot guarantee:

• Approval by Apple or Google on any particular timeline
• Specific download, retention, or business outcomes
• Protection against policy changes by platform owners

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baoo App shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Loss of data resulting from user error or third-party service failures
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or dependencies outside our engagement scope

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your engagement at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through your account settings
• Contacting our customer support team
• Following the cancellation process outlined in our engagement agreement

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "last modified" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice where required by law.
